By accessing or downloading images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright & Ownership
All photographs in this gallery remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer. No ownership or copyright is transferred to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Personal Use
Unless otherwise agreed, downloaded images are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print, share, and post the images for personal purposes, provided the images are not altered in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work.

3. Commercial Use
Commercial use, publication, advertising, resale, licensing, or use by a business or third party requires prior written permission from the photographer and may be subject to an additional licence or fee.

4. Editing & Alterations
Please do not apply filters, remove watermarks, substantially crop, or otherwise alter the photographs without the photographer’s permission.

5. Social Media
You are welcome to share images on social media for personal purposes. Where possible, please credit the photographer when sharing.

6. Downloads & Storage
The client is responsible for downloading and safely storing their photographs. The photographer cannot guarantee that the gallery will remain available indefinitely and recommends keeping independent backups of all downloaded images.

7. Privacy
Images in this gallery may be private or confidential. Please do not share gallery access details or distribute images featuring other individuals without appropriate permission.

8. Acceptance
By accessing, downloading, or using images from this gallery, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

These terms do not replace or override any separate contract or written agreement between the photographer and client. Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence.
